CCQI is in the process of producing online versions of its important face-to-face training sessions.
But rather than viewing these as inferior training interventions, we have embraced the opportunity to create interactive learning experiences which are enhanced by the tools available in the online format. All online sessions are as interactive as their face-to-face counterparts, and some more so.
