Lesson observation services (overview)

Tony has over 30 years’ experience of lesson observation as a member of his college quality team, as a lead inspector with the ALI, as an Ofsted HMI, consultant and film maker. Several observation service options are set out below, but please feel free to contact directly for a bespoke service to meet your needs.

The aim is to break down of the art of teaching into its constituent elements, then use impact evaluation to enable teachers to see their individual development needs for themselves. Improvement journeys are transformational when teachers are supported to discover their own areas for development, rather than having them pronounced by a third party.
