Creative Learning Teams – Reflection using film
All of the Creative Learning Team observation work can be supplemented with supportive video reflection. The options range from a single, static, catch-all camera, using unedited footage for immediate reflection, to multi-camera shoots edited into an illustrative, good-practice lesson for use more widely by others.
The single-camera, unedited footage option is particularly useful if it is not possible to form a Creative Learning Team. This allows the teacher to engage more objectively in the post-lesson evaluation.
