There are many resources on this site to help organisations understand the journeys of others into sharing both practice and services, but how do you get started? In 2013, CCQI Director, Tony Davis, was commissioned to interview senior managers from a number of colleges who were interested in shared services, to find the burning questions they needed answering. As a result of this and the hindsight of the featured colleges, he produced this series of guides.
